Meditation is an accessible practice that anyone can start and has been proven to improve quality of life. These classes are beginner friendly! Alicia is the owner of Elevate Yoga and Wellness and has been teaching for 9 years. Alicia’s passion is helping people feel better in their bodies and learn how to approach life mindfully.
