Looking to get active?  An aerobic class will do just that.  Instructor will take you through some low-intensity warm-up exercises and gradually work up to a bit higher intensity exercises that will help get your body pumping and increase blood flow.

Balance

Improve your balance no matter what level you are from beginner to intermediate while increasing your over-all muscle strength and coordination. Instructions are given on multi-levels of capability so as to challenge all participants using various props. Be challenged and have fun!

Do you love reading and would like to discuss interesting books with others?  Come to our book discussions.  We read a variety of genres - both fiction and non-fiction.  Since forming in October 2019 and stopping for COVID we've enjoyed our get togethers.  We get great suggestions from each other of books that we liked.  Come!

Chair yoga is designed to help increase overall flexibility, strength, and will aim to help improve balance.  Class will incorporate a variety of different positions that will allow each student to work at their own pace.  You'll find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet your desired outcome. This class will incorporate alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation.

Craft Club
Craft Club is the best way to spark your creativity.  The activities are easy, thought-provoking, and educational.  Upon completion of an activity, participants are encouraged to share their artwork with their friends and family.  Come see us in the Craft Club, work on fun projects, meet new friends and most of all, have fun!

Gentle Strength
Gentle Strength
Gentle strength begins with a brief cardio warm-up, as we look to strengthen all muscle groups in 60 second intervals alternating between standing and chair exercises through the use of weights, bands and balls.  Ideal for any fitness level as instructions will be given for modifications and additional challenges.

Join us as we introduce this NEW class on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  Our Latin Groove Line Dancing class will consist of participants learning different Latin rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia etc..  Also included will be everyone's favorite line dances, such as the Electric slide, cupid shuffle and more!!
