Chair yoga is designed to help increase overall flexibility, strength, and will aim to help improve balance. Class will incorporate a variety of different positions that will allow each student to work at their own pace. You'll find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet your desired outcome. This class will incorporate alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation.
Chair Yoga is taught by Kim Tulloch.
This class will meet weekly on Mondays for one hour of exercise.
Resident registration will open on 11/25 at 9am. Non-resident registration will open on 11/27 at 9am.
