Class will start on Thursday 6/11
This class will nourish your body using proper breathing techniques, meditation and stretching. These techniques will promote natural healing. We will be using light weights for upper body strength training. Class will mainly be a sit and stretch format.
Sit and Stretch going to be taught by Tatiana and her Flamingo Fit team.
This class will meet weekly for 45-mins of exercise.
Class starts at 11:15am.

Non-resident registration (if space is available) will open on 5/28 at 9am.
