**Sit and Stretch is a new class but will follow the same format as Yoga for Strength. Class will start at new time of 10:15am**
This class will nourish your body using proper breathing techniques, meditation and stretching. These techniques will promote natural healing. We will be using light weights for upper body strength training. Class will mainly be a sit and stretch format.
Sit and Stretch class is taught by Cara Nelson.
This class will meet weekly for 45-mins of exercise.
Class starts at 10:15am.

Resident registration will open on 9/2 at 9am. Non-resident registration will open on 9/5 at 9am.
