Old School Aerobics

Improve your cardiovascular system with all the old moves and music you remember from the “good old days”.  Be heart-healthy and have fun performing 30 minutes of cardio including warm-up and cool-down, with the last 15 minutes devoted to improving upper body strength through the use of weights.

Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold class is a modification of traditional Zumba.  Zumba Gold is run at a lower intensity and introduces easy to follow dance moves that with focus on overall balance and coordination.
