The Angel Tree Program is a chance to share the true spirit of the season with children in need right here in our community. Each angel tag on the tree represents a child who may not otherwise receive anything this Christmas. By choosing a tag and purchasing a gift, you can bring joy, hope, and love to a child’s holiday.

Each year, we partner with High Country Caregivers to have the Angel Tree Program. To learn more about their organization - check out the link High Country Caregivers Website.

We humbly ask for the essentials and something special:

• A pair of shoes
• A pair of pants
• A shirt
• A coat
• A "wish"

If you cannot adopt this year, 

• Send a monetary donation and we will shop on your behalf
• If you are unable to donate, please spread the message with your friends, neighbors, & businesses

  Your generosity will remind these children that they are seen, valued, and cared for. Together, we can make Christmas morning brighter and create lasting memories for families who need it most.

Join us for a fun and creative evening with our craft nights!

Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking for a relaxing way to unwind, this is the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity & learn new techniques! All supplies are provided, and you'll leave with a beautiful handmade project to call your own. No experience needed—just bring your imagination!

We typically have craft nights once a month. We range from easy DIY crafts to baking classes. All craft nights are BYOB. Fees range from $5-$15. Check out our current programs below.

This year's Holiday Market will be on Saturday November 29th from 10am - 4pm at Buckeye Recreation Center, 1330 Pine Ridge Road, Beech Mountain, NC. 

With your vendor registration, you will get a 10x10 space in our indoor facility. Power is limited, but available. 
You may set up your vendor space on either Friday, November 28th from 12pm—7pm, or Saturday, November 29th from 7am—9:45am, or use both times if necessary. Your booth must be ready by the time of the Market, which opens at 10am Saturday.

Per your application, you are only allowed to sell items that were disclosed on your application. We reserve the right to ask you remove unauthorized items at the Market. Just as a reminder, you may not break down until after the market closes at 4pm. 

We will carefully assigned spaces based on electric requests, maintaining vendor diversity, and other special needs from your vendor applications.

Staff will be available during the Market to relieve you for breaks, if necessary. Just ask!

If you have never been to the Buckeye Recreation Center before, we do not recommend using solely GPS to navigate here.
