Pickleball & Tennis Information
Pickleball & Tennis Information

Beech Mountain has indoor and outdoor courts. We provide pickleball & tennis equipment at no cost if you do not have your own. This is only during operating hours. 

We have 3 Indoor Pickleball Courts:

  • Indoor courts are included with membership. Non-members are welcome with the purchase of a Day Pass or Week Pass.
  • Open court play is Indoor only. Membership includes access to courts.
    • Visitors are welcome with the purchase of a Day Pass or Week Pass
    • All players are welcome - We recommend players rated at 2.0+for open play
  • Outside of open court play, the courts are available for use
    • We do not take reservations. Courts are first come, first served
    • Same fee system applies

We have 2 Outdoor Courts. These courts are shared with two Tennis Courts:

  • Outside play is free to the public. There is no charge. 
  • First come, first served
  • There is a practice backboard 

Pickleball Coaching:

  • Coaching is included with membership. Otherwise, non-member fees apply
  • If interested, please contact Buckeye Rec. Center. Coaching is by session and is not a public class offered.

Bellow, you'll find all the information about our fitness classes. You do not have to sign up for classes. 

Classes are included with gym membership. Non-members can purchase a day pass for $10. All classes included.

Zumba® Monday / Friday 9AM-10AM - Perfect for everybody and anybody! Each Zumba®?class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Circuit Monday / Friday 10AM-11AM - A high-energy workout session designed to combine different exercise stations to target various muscle groups and improve overall fitness. All ages and abilities welcome.

Spin Tuesday / Thursday 8AM-9AM – Buckeye’s spin class is a high-energy, cycling workout that combines intense cardio, and endurance training. Bikes are limited to 12 so get to class early! 

Bootcamp Tuesday / Thursday 9AM-10AM – Buckeye’s boot camp class is a high-intensity workout designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally. Bootcamp is known for being motivating, and highly effective, and our seasoned instructor will push participants to their limits to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. 

Yoga Tuesday / Thursday 10AM-11AM  – It's perfect for those looking to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and experience a more peaceful and calming approach to yoga.

Silver Sneakers® Wednesday 11AM-12PM - Silver Sneakers® Classic is a fun, beginner-friendly, low-impact group fitness class for older adults designed to improve muscle strength, range of motion, and daily living skills. Led by an instructor, participants use a chair for seated and standing support, along with light handheld weights, resistance tubing, and a soft ball to perform exercises that enhance balance, coordination, and overall health

HIIT Spin Wednesday 6PM-7PM - A dynamic and high-intensity workout that combines the benefits of cycling, strength training, and interval training.  It alternates between intense bursts of cycling on stationary bikes (HIIT) and weight training exercises, creating a balanced and highly effective routine. 

Balance Thursday 11AM-11:30AM - Focuses on improving stability, coordination, and overall body awareness. It is designed to help participants develop better balance and posture, which are crucial for preventing falls, enhancing athletic performance, and improving overall functional movement in daily activities. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, older adults, and those recovering from injuries.
