Meeting/Conference Room Rental

Reservation of the Meeting/Conference Room will be application.  Once the application has been reviewed, the registrant will be notified via email if the room is available along with applicable fees.

Rates:

$40.00 per hour

$75.00 - 4 hour rental

$125.00 - 8 hour rental

$100.00 refundable deposit

$100.00 per hour for after business hours

**$25.00 option setup fee of tables and chairs

Business Hours:

Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday - 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

14 day notice required

Pavilion Rental

Fees - $20.00 per day

Available Hours - 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

7 Day Notice required

Special Event Rental

Reservation for Special Events will be via an application.  Once the application has been reviewed, the registrant will be notified via email if the room is available along with applicable fees.

Fees:

4 hour Rental - $175.00

8 hour Rental - 300.00

$80.00 per hour after hours

$300.00 refundable deposit

Hours:

Saturday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday - 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
