Beach Locker Description

1. Storage lockers are designed to accommodate beach umbrellas, baby strollers, beach chairs, and/or belly boards. Locker dimensions are approximately 32 inches wide, 48 inches high and 48 inches deep. Seasonal rental is from the (Saturday prior to Memorial Day through September 15). Renters shall execute an agreement with the Borough as follows: to provide their own lock for security, hold the Borough harmless for any loss of stored items, and relinquish possession of the locker not later than September 15th. The Borough reserves the right to confiscate all items which are left in the locker which will become the property of the Borough. Existing renters shall have the first right to renew their storage lockers. Failure to renew by the deadline set each year will result in the rental being made available to the waiting list. The annual rental is due and payable at the time of agreement execution.
2. New Annual rental fee schedule:

Belmar resident: $200.00

Non-Belmar resident: $250.00

Senior citizen, Belmar resident, 65 years of age or older: $150.00

Senior Non-Belmar resident, 65 years of age or older: $200.00

Proof of age such as a valid driver's license will be required for the senior discount.

The wait list is currently closed due to length of waiting time.

Kayak racks, designed to accommodate kayaks and stand up paddle boards (SUPs) are available in the Belmar Marina. Kayak rack space dimensions are approximately 34 inches wide and 22 inches high. Annual rental is available (January 1^st to December 31^st). Renters shall execute an agreement with the Borough as follows: to provide their own lock for security, hold the Borough harmless for any loss of stored items. Existing renters shall have the first right to renew their kayak rack until March 31; after this date rentals will be made available to the waiting list. The annual rental is due and payable at the time of agreement execution.

The Belmar Manutti Municipal Marina is one of the premier marinas along the Atlantic coast. Less than a half-mile from the ocean, floating concrete docks, full security and services, there is no better place to tie up your vessel. The marina has jet ski slips, boat slips up to 70’ and several t-heads that can accommodate vessels up to 120’. Seasonal (April 15^th to December 14^th) and annual rental is available. Existing renters shall have the first right to renew their slip until February 15; after this date rentals will be made available to the waiting list. The annual rental is due and payable at the time of agreement execution.
