Join Duane Belotti from ‘Olimpia USA for Life’ for exercise class designed for seniors that improves strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health while being gentle on the joints. Conducted in the pool, this class offers a fun and supportive way to stay active and healthy.

Who: Senior Citizens, Ages 62+

When: Thursday, October 1, 2026

Time: Bus will depart from Cedar Grove Community Park (99 Slattery Dr) at 9:00am SHARP.
Participants will spend 5 hours in the Casino to enjoy.
Bus will DEPART back home at approx. 3:30pm and is expected to arrive in Cedar Grove, around 5:15pm.

Price: $35.00/person This fee includes transportation and $25 in slots.

All seniors will receive $25 in slots. Enjoy over 1,700 of the most popular casino games as well as dining establishments, whether you want a quick bite or a nice sit-down meal.

Location: Bus will depart from Community Park (99 Slattery Dr) at 9:45am and take participants to the Essex Co Codey Arena from 10am-12pm
