Party/Event Guidelines:

• Only members of the club may host a party/event. Non-member guests are welcome to attend.
• Party hosts will provide management a list of all non-member attendees' full names and ages in advance.
• Guest passes must be purchased for all non-member attendees over the age of 2.
• Party attendees are welcome to enjoy the facility for the entire day.
• Party hosts are responsible for the conduct of their attendees and must ensure they are familiar with all club rules.
• All party attendees under the age of 15 must take a swim test and Deep Water Test if they have not previously done so.
• On the day of the party, the hosts and helpers may arrive 1 hour early for setup.
• All set up and clean up must be performed by the party host. A garbage can and liners will be provided. 
• All food and beverages, paper products, table covers, utensils, cups, etc. must be provided by the party host. Food delivery and catering is allowed. 
• The Colony Cafe should be contacted in advance to see if use a refrigerator is available to store a cake.
• Large balloon arches are not permitted. Smaller balloon arrangements are permitted.
• Noise making toys and personal music are not permitted.
• Clean up must be completed by the end of the party's reservation period.

Due to potential conflicting events and the layout of our property, there may be a maximum capacity for your event. We will be in touch with specifics regarding potential guest limits once we've reviewed your request.
