Zumba Sentao® combines strength and resisitance training with innovative dance moves, using a chair as your dance partner. A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process. It's a unique way to challenge the muscles of your body without having to life weights.

Many say that after only five classes, you'll see changes in your body, gain strength, and tone those hard-to-target muscles in your core, arms, and legs. And the best part: anyone - no matter their age, weight, or fitness level - can hit the bar and get results.
Barre-based classes focus on isometric strength training. You will hold your body still while your contract a specific set of muscles combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. You'll start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises. Next, you'll use the ballet barre (or chair) and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the legs, thighs, and seat muscles. Your core will be engaged the entire class and then targeted at the end with a series of mat based abdominal exercises. For the cool down, you'll go through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover.

R.I.P.P.E.D - "The One Stop Body Shock" fitness system is a total body workout that puts the FUN in FUNctional athletic based training. This class combines resistance, interval, power, plyometric, and endurance training with an added diet and music and required the body to respond to the constantly changing format within the session. The result is ultimate results in minimal time. Participants of all levels are welcomed to burn, build, and bulletproof their bodies with smiles and determination.

The benefits of rowing for adults are plentiful - you get to be outdoors on the beautiful Mohawk River, working every large muscle group in your body (slowly at first, then working up to harder workouts as your fitness and technique improve). You are learning with other beginners - people who are "in the same boat" as you. After the session, join one of our adult teams and start enjoying this lifelong sport! Basic swimming skills and ability to lift over the head are required. Wear snug fitting exercise-type pants and bring socks and water bottle

Wear supportive sneakers with a tread to avoid slipping; bring a towel; weight-lifting gloves are recommended to avoid slipping on your sweat; a yoga mat and lots of water!
This program is structured for both men and women interested in improving their game. Groups are arranged by ability. Bring a friend and improve together!
Join us for a strength building class. Participants will learn how to properly use weights. They will be given a structured set of exercises to complete at home, a workout schedule, and a log to track their completion of their workout program.
What’s required: a set of kettle bell weights, water, and your smile!
