Many say that after only five classes, you'll see changes in your body, gain strength, and tone those hard-to-target muscles in your core, arms, and legs. And the best part: anyone - no matter their age, weight, or fitness level - can hit the bar and get results.

Barre-based classes focus on isometric strength training. You will hold your body still while your contract a specific set of muscles combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. You'll start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises. Next, you'll use the ballet barre (or chair) and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the legs, thighs, and seat muscles. Your core will be engaged the entire class and then targeted at the end with a series of mat based abdominal exercises. For the cool down, you'll go through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover.

Go Kids
Go Kids
Go Kids, the Capital Region's only multi-sport and exercise program specifically designed for children aged 2-5. Go Kids' sports and fitness activities teach preschoolers the fundamentals of 7 different sports in a social, team-based, non-competitive environment. Go Kids seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle, help develop a lifelong passion for physical activity, decrease childhood obesity, increase confidence and prepare children for participation in school and broader community.

Parent & Me Trail Stomping
Parent & Me Trail Stomping
Come explore Clifton Park's Open Spaces! A nice morning out for young children and parents/grandparents who are looking to get outdoors this Fall. Each hike will last approximately 1 hour and will incorporate a nature education theme. Most of the walks will be "jogging stroller friendly" but a child backpack or front carrier is recommended, dependent upon the age of the child participants. Please dress appropriately for trail conditions.

Make time for yourself this Fall! A calming stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing and restorative experience.
