Adult Crew: Learn to Row
Adult Crew: Learn to Row

The benefits of rowing for adults are plentiful - you get to be outdoors on the beautiful Mohawk River, working every large muscle group in your body (slowly at first, then working up to harder workouts as your fitness and technique improve). You are learning with other beginners - people who are "in the same boat" as you. After the session, join one of our adult teams and start enjoying this lifelong sport! Basic swimming skills and ability to lift over the head are required. Wear snug fitting exercise-type pants and bring socks and water bottle

Junior Golf Camp at Van Patten Golf Club
Junior Golf Camp at Van Patten Golf Club
The golf camp at Van Patten Golf Club will serve as a great entry level opportunity for kids to experience the game of golf. The program will be geared towards those that are looking for a first time exposure to the game as well as those that will be looking to sharpen their skills. It will be both fun and rewarding. The program will be staffed with a PGA professional as well as at least one PGA Apprentice, guaranteeing a high level of instruction. There is a 16-player maximum this year to each class, insuring a productive student to teacher ratio. We will also be offering a second session if you are unable to make the first. Both  sessions are identical in progression; therefore we recommend that you choose one or the other, not both as we will be starting from square one at the start of the second session. We will be working on all aspects of the game which will also include playing on our course at least once!
Bring a drink, snack and sun protection.  Each player should have his or her own equipment; however a limited amount will be available.
