Did you know that ping pong has been shown to reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's?

Ping Pong Parkinson (PPP) is a global sports organization dedicated to empowering individuals with Parkinson's disease through table tennis. Through weekly sessions, players engage in table tennis as a fun and effective form of physical therapy, helping to improve motor skills and overall well-being.

PPP meets every Thursday from 2:00-3:30 PM. Each session begins with a warm up and exercises, followed by ping pong! Beginners welcome!

This program costs $30 for 12 weeks.
