Early Bird Pricing: April 7th- May 9th  $45.00 per child, $40.00 per additional child

Regular Fees: $55.00 per first child; $50.00 per additional child.

All Fees must be paid in full before participation. Refunds are subject to a $20.00 Administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after July 25th, 2025.

Football and Cheerleading: All parents or guardians must submit a copy of the participant’s birth certificate and a physical examination form with this registration form. Eligibility is based on the child’s age as of September 1st for the current year. Per league rules, those outside Prince Edward County must complete a JRYSFL waiver release form.

Town of Farmville Parks and Recreation Scholarship Application

All information provided in this application will remain confidential.

You can register online for a scholarship on the register button.

•    The Parks and Recreation Scholarship exists to help provide access to fee-based programs and services for customers needing financial assistance. 
•    Staff will evaluate the circumstance on a case-by-case basis and determine eligibility. Also, the applicant must reside in Prince Edward County.
•    The scholarship is not valid for special events, adult league sports, and classes.

2025 Summer Day Camp Registration

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MAY 9th, 2025

Early Bird Registration: March 3rd to April 11th, 2025

(If applying for a scholarship, please fill out the scholarship form first and wait for scholarship approval before registering for Summer Camp.

We cannot accept any registrations after the posted deadline. 

All destinations are potentially subject to change due to weather or program rescheduling.

Summer Day Camp Registration with the Town of Farmville. Space is limited, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Programs are subject to change due to potential weather and location scheduling conflicts.

Lunches are provided, but campers may bring their own. Please be mindful of peanut allergies. Campers should bring a water bottle, swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, and extra snacks if desired.
