Located on Lower Consol Road, the Frostburg Armory is a full size gymnasium/hardwood floor basketball court.  It is also lined off for two indoor pickleball courts. The Armory is available for rentals.

Located at 14 South Water Street, City Place has both a large event hall and a smaller meeting room with several interconnecting doors. It also has the unique capability of hosting indoor and outdoor events by using the landscaped, tiered lot in the rear of the building.  Both indoor areas (event hall and meeting room), are heated.  However, only the meeting area is air conditioned, the event hall is not. Parking is available with several public parking lots within one block (see images). Tables (approx thirty, 6ft rectangular table) and approximately 150 folding chairs are also provided and available for use at no additional charge. City Place is a rental facility with a maximum capacity of 49 persons in the meeting room and 299 persons in the entire facility .

Located at 27 South Water Street, Frostburg Community Center houses the Frostburg Senior Center 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. 

The event hall (with a well-equipped kitchen) has a maximum capacity of 299 persons and is available for rental outside of Senior Center hours, which are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, and is a great option for catered events or parties.

• City residents: $40/hr; $300/day w/ $150 security deposit
• Non-city residents: $50/hr; $350/day w/ $150 security deposit

Nestled in the woods just 1.5 miles from I-68 on Hoffman Hollow Road, the Bobby Preston Amphitheater at Hoffman Park provides the perfect setting for outdoor events.  The 60ft amphitheater stage provides plenty of room to accommodate performers.  With ample shade trees and a large seating area the audience has plenty of room to set up a chair or blanket in the sun or the shade. A pavilion and multi-restroom building are both located adjacent to the amphitheater with plenty of electrical outlets on site to accommodate food trucks/vendors as well.  The Hoffman Park Playground adjacent to the amphitheater provides a convenient activity are for younger children (12 y/o and under).

The amphitheater is host to numerous annual events including the Allegany County Early Childhood Festival, the Western Maryland Food Truck Festival, and the Western Maryland Craft Beverage Festival as well various concerts throughout the summer.

Hoffman Park Field is softball/baseball field located in Hoffman Park which is a 12.3 acre park located at 11200 Hoffman Hollow Road in Frostburg. The field has both restrooms and a concessions stand at the field.  The park is also home to the Hoffman Park Disc Golf Course (Allegany County's only public disc golf course), a softball field, a pavilion with restrooms, the Bobby Preston Amphitheater, a playground, a bocce ball court, and a walking trail that weaves through an old growth forest. The amphitheater is host to numerous events including the Allegany County Early Childhood Festival, the Levitt Amp Concert Series, and the Western Maryland Craft Beverage Festival and various events throughout the summer.  Both the amphitheater and pavilion are available for rentals.

Located within the Glendening Recreation Complex, this pavilion is located adjacent to the Glendening Playground with restrooms conveniently located on the other side of the playground.  The pavilion seats approximately 50 people. There is no electric at this pavilion. Water is available in the playground restroom building.  The recreation complex has seven athletic fields, two outdoor basketball courts, pickleball courts, two pavilions, an ADA accessible playground, two fishing ponds that are annually stocked with trout by the Maryland DNR Fisheries, and a looped, 3/4-mile walking trail. Pavilions are available for rentals.

Pavilion reservations for each calendar year cannot be made until January 2nd of that year. Pavilion reservations are limited to City residents (persons residing within City limits) only from Jan 2nd - March 1st. Beginning March 1st, persons living outside City limits may reserve pavilions.

The Large Pool Pavilion is located adjacent to the Frostburg Swimming Pool and baseball field at Frostburg Community Park.  The Pavilion has both water and electric as well as a small fireplace in the pavilion and another right next to it.  It seats approximately 120 people comfortably.  Restrooms for the pavilion are located on the outside of the pool bathhouse.

Pavilion reservations for each calendar year cannot be made until January 2nd of that year. Pavilion reservations are limited to City residents (persons residing within City limits) only from Jan 2nd - March 1st. Beginning March 1st, persons living outside City limits may reserve pavilions.

Lions Pavilion is located within the Glendening Recreation Complex at the park entrance just of Shaw Street and adjacent to Sowers Field.  The pavilion will seat approximately 75 people and has electric outlets.  Restrooms and water are located in the restroom/concessions building across the parking lot behind the Sowers Field backstop.

Located at 200 Maryland Avenue, the Mt. Pleasant Park Pavilion comfortably seats 30-35 people.  It has electric, water, a charcoal grill, and restroom right next to the pavilion.  Mt. Pleasant Park amenities also include two sand volleyball courts, a pickleball court, a walking trail, outdoor fitness equipment, and a playground. 

Pavilion reservations for each calendar year cannot be made until January 2nd of that year. Pavilion reservations are limited to City residents (persons residing within City limits) only from Jan 2nd - March 1st. Beginning March 1st, persons living outside City limits may reserve pavilions.
