Located at Cemetery Lane and McCulloh Street, East End Park was renovated in 2022 and is now available for rentals. The park now houses a large playground and a outdoor/indoor pavilion equipped with restrooms and a small kitchen area for parties or gatherings with a maximum seating capacity of 65-70 people.

Pavilion reservations for each calendar year cannot be made until January 2nd of that year. Pavilion reservations are limited to City residents (persons residing within City limits) only from Jan 2nd - March 1st. Beginning March 1st, persons living outside City limits may reserve pavilions.

Pavilions can be reserved in 6-hour time blocks (8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm) or all day (8am-8pm).

Rental Rates are as follows:

    6-hours - City Resident $40 / Non-City Resident $50

    All Day - City Resident $75 / Non-City Resident $90

The Pool Playground Pavilion is located adjacent to the Frostburg Swimming Pool and playground at Frostburg Community Park.  The Pavilion has both water and electric as well.  It seats approximately 75 people comfortably.  Restrooms for the pavilion are located in the restroom building right next to the pavilion.
