The Annual Azalea Festival will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 (rain date 5/11/2025) at Sayen Botanical Gardens. Sayen Gardens is located on the corner of Hughes Drive and Mercer Street in Hamilton Square, New Jersey.
Fee $150
Set up time is 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Event time is 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Be ready for Health Inspection by 9:00a
In addition to this Application, a temporary food license and /or fire permit is required. You must submit the required paperwork and fees to Township of Hamilton – Divisions of Health and Fire Prevention on or before April 1, 2025.

Electricity will not be provided by Hamilton Township. If you require electricity, you must provide your own generator. Generators must be quiet and odorless.
There is a rain date for the event. In the event of inclement weather on Saturday, May 10, 2025, the event will take place on Sunday, May 11th, 2025. Vendors are required to commit to both dates. Refunds will not be issued unless both dates are canceled by the Hamilton Township, Division of Recreation.
- Hamilton Township Division of Recreation reserves the right to limit menu items that vendors may sell. Undercutting prices will not be tolerated.
