Harmony Through Sound is a transformative sound healing event designed to promote relaxation, inner peace, and holistic well-being through the power of sound vibrations. . the experience... Sound Bath Session: An experienced sound healer will guide participants through a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan Bowls, and other healing instruments to create a harmonious sonic environment. Guided Meditation: A guided meditation session focused on deep relaxation, mindfulness, and inner exploration will complement the sound bath experience, allowing participants to connect with their inner selves and find inner peace.
