Calling All Food Vendors for Music in the Park!

Do you have delicious eats or sweet treats? We’re looking for food vendors to join our Music in the Park concert series at Newport Park from 6:00–9:00 PM for four unforgettable evenings of live music, great food, and family fun!

Vendor Registration Instructions

Please note: You must register for each concert date individually.

Step 1: Select the concert date you would like to participate in.
Step 2: Our team will review your application.
Step 3: If selected, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 4: After receiving your confirmation, log back into the system to submit payment.
Step 5: Once payment is received, you will receive your vendor assignment and event details via email.

Vendor Setup: 12:00PM – 3:30PM (vendors must stay for the full event)

Vendor Fees:
• Arts & Crafts: $50
• Food Trucks: $75
• Non-Profits: FREE*

How to Apply:
Create an account on our website, select “Summer Shindig Event Vendor,” and complete your registration. Applications will be reviewed, and approved vendors will receive an email with payment instructions.
