We're seeking vendors for our upcoming Summer Shindig in the Park.  This is our newest event set to kick off summer with family fun, community spirit, and exciting activities. There will be live music by the I-42 Band, a beer garden by Shortway Brewing Co., food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, and children’s entertainment at Newport Community Park. 

Vendor Application: Vendors must complete a Town of Newport Vendor Application prior to submitting this Summer Shindig Event Vendor application. The Town of Newport Vendor Application allows organizers to get to know each vendor and their products. You will not be approved to participate in the Summer Shindig event without a vendor application. 

When: Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 4 to 9pm. Vendors are not permitted to leave early. 

Vendor Setup: 2 to 3:30pm. All vendors must be in place by 3:30pm. 

Fees: Arts & Crafts $50, Food Trucks $75, Non-Profits $0*
