The outdoor basketball courts are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis and do not require a reservation. However, please note that the courts may be reserved for basketball leagues or special events at certain times. Be sure to check the calendar for availability.

Newport Basketball Summer League 2025

Calling all hoop stars! The Newport Basketball Summer League is here, offering an awesome opportunity for youth athletes ages 8-14 this summer. Whether you're in Newport or beyond, all are welcome to join the fun!

Registration Info:

  • Ages: 8-14 (Three age groups: 10u, 12u, and 14u)

  • Cost: Just $35 to register!

  • Required: Upload your child’s birth certificate during registration.

Important Dates:

  • Assessments: Monday, June 23rd, 6:00pm (everyone must attend)

  • Game Schedule:

    • Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays (play two of three nights)

    • 6:00pm - 10u

    • 7:00pm - 12u

    • 8:00pm - 14u

  • First Game: June 24th

  • Last Game: Thursday, July 24th

  • Tournament: Saturday, July 26th, 2025
