Adult Aerobics will be held every Saturday and Monday. Saturday sessions are from 9am-10am. Monday Sessions are from 6pm-7pm. The fee is $35 per session. Each session is 6 weeks long for a total of 12 classes. Each class is 1 hour split into two different methods. It consists of 30-minute step aerobics and 30-minute weight training. The sessions will be held at the Community Center. However, if there is a change in venue, you will be notified prior.
