This is a self-guided workout & exercise class. We will utilize YouTube and follow a program (Caroline Girvan). We will run this class from January through May. It will begin with a beginners program and then move to a 10 week, or 50 day program that is spread out through the months of February through May. Participants will need to bring their own workout equipment such as dumbells, kettlebells, mats, water/waterbottles...ect. All participants are responsible for their own health and wellness and should know their limits. The Town of North Collins is providing this as a free program. No fees or costs associated with this program. This is a come as you please program. You will sign up, however, you do not need to show up on any given day. You can come and go as you please on the days scheduled.
