What are Qigong Exercises?

Qigong is a combination of breathwork and energy work. These flowing movements and breath exercises help increase our vital life force. Learn to move the chi in 8 directions.

Increase bone density with standing meditations. Expand the depth of your breath with healing sounds and tones.

Benefits of Qigong May Include:

· increased vitality

· improved balance & coordination

· improved sleep & dreams

· enhanced sense of well-being

· strengthened energy field

· bone support & regrowth

· more freedom of movement
