WHEN: Mondays and Saturdays • June - September • 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

COST: $15 per person (registration required)

Pier Yoga on Oak Island is the perfect way to start your day, combining gentle movement with refreshing ocean air, all while using the pier’s slight incline. This unique class runs from June through September on Mondays and Saturdays. Please note that classes are weather dependent and may be canceled in case of inclement conditions. Don’t miss this opportunity to stretch, breathe, and rejuvenate with stunning ocean views!

QIGONG

What are Qigong Exercises?

Qigong is a combination of breathwork and energy work. These flowing movements and breath exercises help increase our vital life force. Learn to move the chi in 8 directions.

Increase bone density with standing meditations. Expand the depth of your breath with healing sounds and tones.

Participants who register online by Sunday at 7:00 PM (before the Tuesday class) will receive an email with a link to join the session virtually via Microsoft Teams. This allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home while still enjoying guided instruction and group connection.
