What are Qigong Exercises?

Qigong is a combination of breathwork and energy work. These flowing movements and breath exercises help increase our vital life force. Learn to move the chi in 8 directions.

Increase bone density with standing meditations. Expand the depth of your breath with healing sounds and tones.

  • Fees for classes will be paid at the time of the class and will need to be in cash. Exact change is preferred.
