What are Qigong Exercises?
Qigong is a combination of breathwork and energy work. These flowing movements and breath exercises help increase our vital life force. Learn to move the chi in 8 directions.

Participants who register online by Sunday at 7:00 PM (before the Tuesday class) will receive an email with a link to join the session virtually via Microsoft Teams. This allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home while still enjoying guided instruction and group connection.
