Pier Yoga on Oak Island is the perfect way to start your day, combining gentle movement with refreshing ocean air, all while using the pier’s slight incline. This unique class runs from May through September on Mondays and Fridays. Please note that classes are weather dependent and may be canceled in case of inclement conditions.   • Classes take place the Oak Island Recreation Center, 3003 E. Oak Island Drive. Please call with any questions (910)278-5518.
  • Fees for classes will be paid at the time of the class and will need to be in cash. Exact change is preferred. Except for Pier Yoga you MUST pre-register for that class STARTING IN MAY!!

    • Pier Yoga with rotating instructors 8:00 AM At the Oak Island Pier $15 for all Must Pre Register (starts in MAY)
    • SilverSneakers Fitness with Maggie: 9:00 AM, $4 Residents, $5 Non-Residents
    • Active Senior Yoga with Mert: 11:15 AM, $8 Residents, $10 Non-Residents

    • Total Body Blast with MB: 8:00 AM, $5 Residents, $7 Non-Residents
    • Chair Yoga with Tammy: 10:15 AM $8 Residents, $10 Non-Residents
    • Barre with Suzanne 6:00 PM $8 for all, $5 for ages 80 and up.
