The kids can dress in Halloween costumes, Halloween shirts or white shirts, and Parents who come to cheer their kids on can do the same. The Race will start at 2:00 PM. Please make sure that you are here ahead of time to check in. The run will go around the Recreation Center. We will have prizes for the winners. Come and join in on this Spooky Colorful FUN! The Oak Island Recreation Department is trying to fill up the parking lot with people who would like to join in on the fun, passing candy out to the kids. Decorate your car and pass out candy!
