Facility Rentals in Pendleton  

The Town of Pendleton offers convenient rental options for various town-owned facilities, providing opportunities for residents and community organizations to host events and gatherings.

Park Pavilions

Pendleton residents can easily reserve park pavilions for gatherings and events by selecting their desired pavilion from the list below. 

Non-resident organizations interested in using a pavilion must complete an application and submit additional documentation. All applications are subject to approval by our Recreation Director.

The reservation process opens annually on January 1st. Pavilions are available for reservation from April 1st through October 31st. Unreserved pavilions are free for public use on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note, restroom availability is seasonal. Restrooms are typically open from Memorial Day through September. Portable toilets may be available in April and October, weather permitting.

Town Hall Meeting Room

Our Town Hall meeting room is available for community organizations looking to host meetings or small events. Reservations require an application, which must also be approved by the Recreation Director.

Community Center Spaces 

The Community Center offers exclusive rental opportunities for Pendleton residents to host activities and events. Non-resident organizations may apply for use by submitting an application and any required additional documentation. As with other facilities, approval from the Recreation Director is needed. Rental fees vary based on the event's specific needs.

Payment Options

Payments for facility rentals can be made conveniently online through our secure portal.  Please note that a small convenience fee will be applied by the credit processing vendor.  The Town does not receive this fee.

Kramer Pavilion Reservation for Organizations

This reservation is exclusively for organizations requesting use of a pavilion. All reservation requests must be reviewed and approved by the Recreation Director and/or the Town Board.

Kramer Pavilion Details:

• 10 picnic tables
• 1 serving table
• 2 charcoal grills
• Electricity available

Sunderland Pavilion Reservation for Organizations

This reservation is exclusively for organizations requesting use of a pavilion. All reservation requests must be reviewed and approved by the Recreation Director and/or the Town Board.

• Electricity available

The Community Center is presently closed, and we are not accepting any reservations at this time.

West Canal Marina Park, situated in the Town of Pendleton, is operated by Niagara County. All reservations should be made directly through Niagara County's online reservation system.
