Facility Details

• Location: Red Bank City Park, 3817 Redding Road, Red Bank, TN
• Available Courts: Six (6) outdoor pickleball courts
• Additional Access: Adjacent green space and stage area
• Tennis Courts: are included in the rental

Tournament Availability

• A maximum of four (4) tournaments per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) will be permitted
• Each tournament may span up to two (2) consecutive days
• Events are scheduled on a first come, first approved basis
• Events can not be held in successive weekends

 License Fee

• $50.00 application fee
• $600.00 per day (two-day max)
• Payment due to secure permit
• No refunds for cancellations within 14 calendar days of the event

City of Red Bank Will Provide:

• Trash receptacles
• Provide public notification of court closure at least two (2) weeks in advance, including signage posted on-site
• Promotion on City digital media channels, as space allows

Permit Holder Responsibilities:

• Submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of Red Bank as an additional insured with p and event liability insurance limits at or no less than one million ($1,000,000) dollars
• Supply all event staff, signage, and equipment
• Provide and maintain a minimum of two (2) portable restrooms for the duration of the tournament
• Ensure all event activities are confined to approved areas
• Maintain cleanliness and remove all trash and event materials after the tournament
• Abide by all City park rules and ordinances
• Be financially responsible for any damage to City property
