This class is a slow-paced session that introduces fundamental poses, breathing techniques, and proper alignment.  The focus is on building a solid foundation by offering guidance, modifications, and holding poses for a longer duration than at higher levels.  Students can expect a supportive environment where they can move at their own pace and learn the language and basics of a yoga practice.
