Our Orchestra, Section 2 seats offer great views, including unobstructed view of the aerial features over the audience. You'll also have ample free time for dining, shopping, and sightseeing before the 5:00 p.m. show. Want to sit with a friend? Simply provide their name during registration. The staff at the Recreation Department will gladly forward all children’s mail directly to Santa at the North Pole. We will begin accepting letters on Monday, December 1, 2025, and all letters must be received by Monday, December 8th. This program is open to Southold Town Residents only.

No registration required.  Drop your letters off in the red mailbox at the Recreation Center or mail them to:

To ensure a reply from Santa, letters must be received by Monday, December 8.  Late arriving letters will not be answered, unfortunately. 

SANTA WILL SEND ALL REPLIES TO THE CHILD’S HOME ADDRESS, SO PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A RETURN ADDRESS.

Celebrate the holidays with Santa on Friday, Dec 12th, at the Southold Recreation Center, from 4 p.m. to  6 p.m. 

Ages: 5-12 years old.

Drop off the youngsters for an evening of holiday crafts and cookies.  Santa's elves will serve up some cookies, we'll watch a holiday movie and make crafts suitable for under the Christmas tree.  Santa will stop by for a quick reading of the Night Before Christmas and a brief photo opportunity at the end of the evening. 

There is NO FEE for this event, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
