This Tai Chi program will follow the Yang Style Form 24, which is a healing martial art. In this class, you will learn about integrating mind, body, energy, and spirit, and develop internal and external strength, overall stability and balance. Participants are asked to wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water.

This low impact fitness class combines the benefits of aerobic walking (improved cardiovascular health, enhanced mood, better sleep and increased mobility) with weight training to build muscle strength. The one-hour class includes warmup, aerobic walking, strength training with hand weights and resistance band and cool down.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Please bring a water bottle and hand weights (1 to 5 lbs.).

with Rachel Thomas (Certified Zumba Gold Instructor) 

Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. It still the same fun fitness class with high energy, low impact aerobic exercises, with fun music and dancing. This is perfect for beginners, seniors and anyone who wants to get more movement into their lives. The simple choreography is easy to follow so you can relax and enjoy your exercise routine! The program includes cardio with warm-up and cool down stretching periods at the beginning and end of the class.
