Exercise by walking the in gym at Highland Park. Soft soled shoes or sneakers are required. Dates are subject to change due to scheduling of special events.

Games will be played once a week on a rotating time schedule.  Captains must submit a registration form with a full roster along with the fee.  A minimum of 6 females and 6 males is required for each team. Every player MUST be rostered.

Please submit one check per team.  Fee includes certified officials.  Registration closes 5/2.  Teams that register before March 31 will be charged $525.00 / team.  All dates weather permitting.
