Schedule:
- Setup Time: 12 PM – 4 PM on October 24th
- Special Needs Hour: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Break to reset for the next group: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Open to All: 6:00 PM – 7:30PM
What to Bring:
- Table(s) and decorations - We do have some tables available on-site, but not enough for everyone, so please bring your own if possible
- Plenty of candy or small treats to hand out - In past years, we’ve welcomed 400-500 children, so we’re expecting another big turnout this year!
- Your creativity!
- Chairs will be available on-site if needed

- Each vendor space is 12 x 12 feet
