Below are important details to help you prepare:

• Vendor Setup: Begins at 10:00 AM. All vendors must be set up and ready by 12:00 PM.
• Vendor Space: 12x12. Please bring your own table and chairs. Tents are welcome.
• Electricity: Vendors must provide their own power if needed.
• Weather: Rain or shine. If necessary, the event will move indoors.
• Vendor Departure Policy:
  • Information/Product Vendors (non-food): You are not required to stay for the full event. You may begin packing up at 3:15 PM and must fully exit the field (on foot, no vehicles allowed on the field at this time) by 4:00 PM.
  • Food Vendors (trucks/tables): Please remain for the full event until 6:00 PM.
