Perfect for a fun Adult night out, this interactive experience promises intrigue, entertainment, and a killer good time brought to us by the Murder Mystery Company!  Join us at the Fiorendo Sigismondi Community Center (651 Prospect Avenue) where doors open at 7pm.  Please be prompt as the Actors will start mingling to go over the rules, set the scene, and handout suspect roles between 7pm-8pm.  Buffett dinner will also be provided during this time.

Get ready for a tail-wagging adventure the whole family will love! Hop on the bus with us for Mutts Gone Nuts, a hilarious and high-energy show starring amazing rescue dogs performing incredible tricks. Kids will laugh, cheer, and be amazed as these talented pups jump, flip, and interact with the audience, all while sharing a heartwarming moments alongside their human trainers. This fun-filled trip is perfect for families looking to enjoy a memorable day together packed with laughter, excitement, and lovable dogs!

The show will take place at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, NJPAC.  Coach bus will depart from Aberdeen Townhall Parking lot at 1:30pm located at 1 Aberdeen Square.  Cost includes both the ticket (Orchestra) and coach bus transportation.  Show starts at 3pm.

Qigong is the study and practice or nurturing your own life force, how to accumulate, balance and coordinate the flow of energy (Qi) to maintain health and well-being.

Tai Chi is a complete system of therapeutic exercises.  Although it was originally developed as a martial art, it is performed slowly, softly, and continuously.

There is no formal instructor for this club, movements are participant led.

This class will nourish your body using proper breathing techniques, meditation and stretching.  These techniques will promote natural healing.  We will be using light weights for upper body strength training.  Class will mainly be a sit and stretch format.

Sit and Stretch class is taught by Cara Nelson.

Looking to improve your overall strength?  Take part in the strength training class where we'll explore different exercises to strengthen muscles for the whole body using a combination of weights, bands, and weighted balls.  Class aims to improve strength and balance.
