Aberdeen's 3rd Town Wide Yard Sale is being held on Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th from 8 am - 4pm. You must be an Aberdeen Township resident in order to sign up and be included in our list. Aberdeen Township consists of the Strathmore section, Cliffwood section, Cliffwood Beach section and Freneau Woods section. A list of participating locations will be released the week of the yard sale.  A copy of that list will be available here when ready. You may have your items out earlier than 8 am or later than 4pm, you can use your own discretion.

This class will nourish your body using proper breathing techniques, meditation and stretching.  These techniques will promote natural healing.  We will be using light weights for upper body strength training

Zumba Gold class is a modification of traditional Zumba.  Zumba Gold is run at a lower intensity and introduces easy to follow dance moves that with focus on overall balance and coordination.
