The program is typically organized into divisions based on age groups, allowing children to compete against others of similar abilities and developmental stages. Teams are usually coached by parent volunteers or dedicated community members who promote skill development, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
Overall, the Little League program offers children an opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun while playing the game of baseball/softball. It instills values, teaches important life skills, and creates a positive and memorable experience that can have a lasting impact on their lives.
