The Special Olympics Developmental Basketball Program is designed for ALL youth ages 6-14.  This inclusive, non-competitive program will provide participants with and without intellectual/physical disabilities the chance to learn together.  Individuals of all abilities and skill levels are encouraged to register.  Athletes with wheelchairs are encouraged to participate.  Participants will learn and practice the fundamental skills of Basketball in a fun, friendly, supportive environment.  
The program is held 1x/week for 5 weeks starting Tuesday, July 14th, 6:00 - 7:00 pm on the basketball court at Town Place Park, 5400 Goodrich Rd.  
The program is FREE.

The Special Olympics Developmental Bocce Ball Program is designed for ALL youth ages 6-14.  This inclusive, non-competitive program will provide participants with and without intellectual/physical disabilities the chance to learn together.  Individuals of all abilities and skill levels are encouraged to register.  Athletes with wheelchairs are encouraged to participate.  Participants will learn and practice the fundamental skills of Bocce Ball in a fun, friendly, supportive environment.  
The program is held 1x/week for 5 weeks starting Thursday, July 16th, 6:00 - 7:00 pm on the bocce ball courts at The Senior Center, 4600 Thompson Rd. Clarence, NY 14031.
The program is FREE.

Attention all kids! Do you love mysteries? Are you interested in scavenger hunts and finding clues? Well, join us at the Youth Bureau for our spy training program. Future recruits will be learning how to use a decoder, dust/read for fingerprints, and finally break through a lock. All recruits will graduate training with a certificate, fingerprint dusting kit, and a spy gadget. This program is offered twice over the summer; BOTH sessions are offered in July. Both sessions are the exact same. ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED

Craving something sweet? Join us at the Youth Bureau where participants will create/decorate their own sweets and learn how to platter them for "sharing."  Participants get to choose between various candy, chocolate, and fruit to decorate at the stations (NO NUTS). There will be a chocolate dipping/drizzle station, an edible glitter dusting station, and a sprinkle station.  This program is offered twice over the summer, one session is in July, and one session is in August. Both sessions are the exact same. ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED

Boys and Girls ages 7 and up have the opportunity to participate in age appropriate tennis activities that are designed to stimulate both mind and body, while fostering cooperative and competitive skills development. Instruction will follow the USTA appropriate skill and guidelines. Please register for an appropriate session for your child. Please only register for one session per child. Classes begin June 29 and end August 7th.  No CLASSES JULY 3rd. All classes held at Sunset Park. Cost is $25 for the summer

This program is for children interested in soccer but have not played prior. Introduction to soccer rules and skills will be emphasized. Participants need to wear sneakers, cleats are acceptable. Techniques and drills will be done in a fun first atmosphere. Ages 4-7  Cost is $20  Location Meadowlakes Park

This program is for children ages 4 - 7. It is an introduction to tennis. Beginner tennis skills as well as hand eye coordination will be emphasized.  Some racquets will be available  Program meets  mornings at Sunset Park  Cost is $10  Register for only one session
