Aqua Zumba®
Aqua Zumba®

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Bring a towel and water (optional water shoes/sneakers).

Anna Rivelo (instructor) has been teaching fitness classes since 1991 when she got certified as a group fitness instructor through American Council on Exercise and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. Anna has been teaching Zumba since 2007, when she got her Zumba license.

CIRCL Mobility™
CIRCL Mobility™

CIRLC Mobility® focuses on functional movement and is designed to improve the body’s ability to perform daily activities effectively and efficiently. Functional movements are exercises that train your muscles to work together, often mimicking common movements that you might do at home, at work, or in sports. These exercises typically use multiple muscle groups at the same time, improving coordination and balance. Breathwork is another essential component of this holistic fitness program. By consciously controlling the breath, practitioners can influence their mental, emotional, and physical state, reducing stress, improving cardiovascular performance, and enhancing mental clarity. Finally, mobility exercises focus on improving the movement of specific joints. Mobility work can improve athletic performance, decrease the risk of injury, and improve the body’s ability to move without pain or restriction.

Please bring a yoga mat.
NOTE: portions of the class may be on your knees.

All the pools offer a large main pool, a diving area, a separate “kiddy” pool for young children. Locust Lane Pool offers a flume slide, and Barney Road and Country Knolls pools offer a 3-meter diving board.

A pool membership includes unlimited visits to all three facilities, all season long.

Pool Locations:
Locust Lane Pool (5 Locust Lane, Clifton Park NY 12065)
Barney Road Pool (1 Barney Road, Clifton Park NY 12065)
Country Knolls Pool (9 Burning Bush Blvd, Ballston Lake NY 12019)

ALL POOLS ARE OPEN DAILY FROM NOON - 8:00PM.  Please visit CliftonPark.org or Facebook (Clifton Park - Town Pools) for weather and holiday updates.

Pools MAY close early on July 4th.

You will receive a pool photo ID when you visit the town pools for the first time. To expedite this process, please upload your photo (and your family members photos) to your account. All ID printing services (including photo services for those unable to complete this process) will be available at the pools when you visit for the first time.

There is a "No Refund" policy on all pool memberships.
