Veterans Park Tennis Complex- 2206 Kuser Road Hamilton, NJ 08690. 

Seasonal Membership are required to access the courts from April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025. 

2025 Fees: 
Hamilton Residents: $25
Non- Hamilton Residents: $50
Daily Guest Pass: $10  
Veterans: $10 discount off any identification card
(must provide ID proof of veteran or active military status at time of ID pickup)

Frequently Asked Questions: 

  • Physical IDs will be issued and available for pick-up at the Tennis/Pickleball Complex Office (please see hours below).
  • Please allow for at least 48 hours for processing; your receipt will serve as your ID until the card is available.  
  • Cash payments will be accepted in person at the Tennis/Pickleball Complex Office (please see hours below).
  • Memberships are renewed annually and are good through the current calendar year.
  • One membership provides access to both Pickleball and Tennis Courts.
  • 18 designated Pickleball courts are available for use; courts are first come, first served- no reservations required.
  • Courts are available 7 days per week from dawn until dusk, with the exception of tournaments and Township designated events.
  • Fees are applicable to all players, regardless of age (Family and/or Senior discounts are not available, at this time). 
  • ID can be picked up at the Tennis/Pickleball Complex Office beginning April 1st.

July Concert & Fireworks - Food Vendors

Hamilton Township’s Annual Independence Day Concert & Fireworks will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2025, with a rain date of Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Veterans Park (Kuser Road/South Entrance).   

 

Event Details:

Set Up: 1-4pm (Health Inspections to start at 4p)

Event Time: 6pm

Fees

$200 (self-contained/ no electric needed)

$300 (with electric-15amp/120 volt service) If you require more power than what’s provided, extra fees will apply.  Please plan accordingly.  No extra service will be available day of event.

In addition to this Application, a temporary food license and /or fire permit is required.  You must submit the required paperwork and fees to Township of Hamilton – Divisions of Health and Fire Prevention on or before May 31, 2025.

There is a rain date for the event.  In the event of inclement weather on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the event will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.  Vendors are required to commit to both dates.  Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled on both dates by Hamilton Township, Division of Recreation.  

 Hamilton Township Recreation reserves the right to reject any applications.  Past participation does not guarantee automatic entry into the event.

Suitable for groups up to 75 people 


FEATURES:  open, grassy, picnic space with access to picnic tables and charcoal grills (charcoal not provided); playground and public restrooms within walking distance
*Please note, overhead covering and electricity is not available at this location* The Gazebo is not available for picnic rentals or usage.  Pop-up tents are allowed but cannot be staked in the ground.  

RESERVATION OF PICNIC DATES AND AREAS
Open picnic areas for small personal picnics with no more than 15 people (including children) do not require a permit.  Groups over 15 that wish to picnic in a reserved area will be required to obtain a permit.   In order to obtain a picnic permit, you must be 18 years of age and complete payment and a Hold Harmless Agreement.  The person reserving the area must be on site at all times during the scheduled picnic. 
Please note, the parks and playground equipment are always open to the public; however, the reservation holder will receive priority of the picnic tables and pavilions.  

PARK HOURS

Picnic areas and pavilions are available for use from dawn until dusk.  Only ONE reservation is issued per area, per day.  The reserved area can be used for a portion of the day or the whole day.  Event start and end time is at the renter's discretion.

CATEGORIES & FEES:

 

CRAFTERS – Fee  $60.00 per stand

  • A crafter is described as one who makes their own original and homemade merchandise.
  • Any crafter selling edible merchandise must have a food permit.

DEMONSTRATOR – Fee  $100.00 per stand

  • Examples:  Avon, Tupperware, Origami Owl, Tastefully Simple, party/catalog sales, manufactured jewelry, etc. 
  • This category also includes crafts that are homemade but not necessarily by the crafter.

FOOD VENDORS- Fees $350 Limited time offer.  $500.00 after 9/1/2025

SNACK FOOD VENDORS – Fees  $250 Limited time offer.   $400.00 after 9/1/2025

  • A snack food vendor sells small food items, NOT MEALS. Example; popcorn, pretzels, cupcakes, candy, drinks only

NON-PROFIT FOOD VENDOR -  Fee $75  (one stand only per group allowed)

  • May ONLY sell pre-packaged drinks and snacks (candy, chips, etc). CANNOT sell meal type food items (i.e. sandwiches, hotdogs, etc.)

NON-PROFIT DISPLAY – Fee $50.00

 

SMALL BUSINESS – Fee $500.00

  • Cannot be a corporate business. Corporate businesses must complete a sponsorship application.

POLITICAL GROUPS – $75.00

  • Please note: No solicitation.  Information may displayed at your table for public to take.

Cancellations and Refunds:  Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled on both days by Hamilton Township, Division of Recreation.
