Seasonal Membership are required to access the courts from April 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. 

2026 Fees: 
Hamilton Residents: $25
Non- Hamilton Residents: $50
Daily Guest Pass: $10  
Veterans: $10 discount off any identification card
(must provide ID proof of veteran or active military status at time of ID pickup)

Frequently Asked Questions: 

  • Physical IDs will be issued and available for pick-up at the Tennis/Pickleball Complex Office (please see hours below).
  • Please allow for at least 48 hours for processing; your receipt will serve as your ID until the card is available.  
  • Cash payments will be accepted in person at the Tennis/Pickleball Complex Office (please see hours below).
  • Memberships are renewed annually and are good through the current calendar year.
  • One membership provides access to both Pickleball and Tennis Courts.
  • 18 designated Pickleball courts are available for use; courts are first come, first served- no reservations required.
  • Courts are available 7 days per week from dawn until dusk, with the exception of tournaments and Township designated events.
  • Fees are applicable to all players, regardless of age (Family and/or Senior discounts are not available, at this time). 
  • ID can be picked up at the Tennis/Pickleball Complex Office beginning April 1st.

Azalea Festival - Crafter Application
Azalea Festival - Crafter Application

The Annual Azalea Festival will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 (rain date 5/10/26) at Sayen Botanical Gardens.  Sayen Gardens is located on the corner of Hughes Drive and Mercer Street in Hamilton Square, New Jersey.  The festival showcases the botanical and architectural beauty of Sayen Gardens, while providing musical entertainment, crafters, and food vendors. 

Location: Sayen Gardens main parking lot- Hughes Drive 
Event Time: 10:00AM – 4:00PM
Setup: 6:00am- 9:00am

Crafter Fee $60.00: All work must be original and handmade.  If said crafts are homemade, but not made by the individual, that now becomes classified as a demonstrator (see below).

Demonstrator Fee $100.00:  Party and commercial catalog sales.  Examples are LBRI/Partylite, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, Cutco etc.  Also, crafts that are homemade but not necessarily made by the crafter directly.

All vendors will receive 12’ of frontage at the event.  Tents, tables and chairs are not provided. 
Vendor location, parking passes and event details will be emailed a week prior the event.

The Annual Azalea Festival will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 (rain date 5/10/2026) at Sayen Botanical Gardens.  Sayen Gardens is located on the corner of Hughes Drive and Mercer Street in Hamilton Square, New Jersey.

Set up time is 7:00 am - 9:00 am

In addition to this Application, a temporary food license and /or fire permit is required.  You must submit the required paperwork and fees to Township of Hamilton – Divisions of Health and Fire Prevention on or before April 1, 2026.

Electricity will not be provided by Hamilton Township.  If you require electricity, you must provide your own generator.  Generators must be quiet and odorless.  

There is a rain date for the event.  In the event of inclement weather on Saturday, May 9, 2026, the event will take place on Sunday, May 101th, 2026.  Vendors are required to commit to both dates.  Refunds will not be issued unless both dates are canceled by the Hamilton Township, Division of Recreation. 

  • Hamilton Township Division of Recreation reserves the right to limit menu items that vendors may sell.  Undercutting prices will not be tolerated. 
  • Hamilton Township Division of Recreation reserves the right to limit applications, accept or deny based on specific events needs.

America's 250th Anniversary will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, with a rain date of Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Veterans Park (Kuser Road/South Entrance) with a concert & fireworks display.  

 

Event Details:

Set Up: 1-4pm (Health Inspections to start at 4p)

Event Time: 6pm

Fees

$350 Early Registration Discounted fee until March 31, 2026.  

$500 Registrations after April 1, 2026. 

Electric will not be provided.  Generators MUST be quite and odorless.  Please plan accordingly.

FEATURES:  open, grassy, picnic space with access to picnic tables and charcoal grills (charcoal not provided); playground and public restrooms within walking distance
*Please note, overhead covering and electricity is not available at this location* The Gazebo is not available for picnic rentals or usage.  Pop-up tents are allowed but cannot be staked in the ground.  

RESERVATION OF PICNIC DATES AND AREAS
Open picnic areas for small personal picnics with no more than 15 people (including children) do not require a permit.  Groups over 15 that wish to picnic in a reserved area will be required to obtain a permit.   In order to obtain a picnic permit, you must be 18 years of age and complete payment and a Hold Harmless Agreement.  The person reserving the area must be on site at all times during the scheduled picnic. 
Please note, the parks and playground equipment are always open to the public; however, the reservation holder will receive priority of the picnic tables and pavilions.  

PARK HOURS

Picnic areas and pavilions are available for use from dawn until dusk.  Only ONE reservation is issued per area, per day.  The reserved area can be used for a portion of the day or the whole day.  Event start and end time is at the renter's discretion.

Cancelations: In order to receive a full refund, cancelations must be made 14 days prior to the event.  Reservations canceled less 14 days prior will be offered a makeup date or future reservation. Rescheduled events must be made within the calendar year.

CRAFTERS – Fee  $60.00 per stand

  • A crafter is described as one who makes their own original and homemade merchandise.
  • Any crafter selling edible merchandise must have a food permit.

DEMONSTRATOR – Fee  $100.00 per stand

  • Examples:  Avon, Tupperware, Origami Owl, Tastefully Simple, party/catalog sales, manufactured jewelry, etc. 
  • This category also includes crafts that are homemade but not necessarily by the crafter.

FOOD VENDORS- Fees $350 Limited time offer.  $500.00 after 8/1/2026

SNACK FOOD VENDORS – Fees  $250 Limited time offer.   $400.00 after 8/1/2026

  • A snack food vendor sells small food items, NOT MEALS. Example; popcorn, pretzels, cupcakes, candy, drinks only

NON-PROFIT FOOD VENDOR -  Fee $75  (one stand only per group allowed)

  • May ONLY sell pre-packaged drinks and snacks (candy, chips, etc). CANNOT sell meal type food items (i.e. sandwiches, hotdogs, etc.)

NON-PROFIT DISPLAY – Fee $50.00

 

SMALL BUSINESS – Fee $500.00

  • Cannot be a corporate business. Corporate businesses must complete a sponsorship application.

POLITICAL GROUPS – $75.00

  • Please note: No solicitation.  Information may displayed at your table for public to take.

Cancellations and Refunds:  Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled on both days by Hamilton Township, Division of Recreation.

Seasonal Memberships are required for Tennis &/or Pickleball Court access at Veterans Park, however, Daily Guest Passes are available for any individuals that do not have a membership but wish to play at Veterans Park, on occasion. 
   

  • Daily Guest Pass is $10 per day, per guest (currently no child/family/veteran/senior discounts) 
  • Daily Guest Passes are good for date of purchase/one day only
  • Printed Receipt or Proof of Online Payment Confirmation will serve as your ID/ Daily Guest Pass
  • To avoid any disruptions during play, please stop in the Tennis Center to check in and present your receipt to the Tennis Center Staff   
  • Cash & Check Payments can be accepted on-site during operating hours.  Please see hours listed below.  
  • Court Times: courts are available daily, from dawn until dusk, with the exception of Township approved use and/or events
