Adult Mens Basketball-Open Gym

We provide the equipment so you can come out for pick-up games and have a great workout. You must be over the age of 18 and out of high school to join.

Mondays starting March 23rd - June 1st No Pickleball: April 6 & May 25  Pickleball will start at 7:30 on March 30 only

Adult Volleyball– Open Gym

We provide the equipment so you can come out for pick-up games and have fun while getting a great workout.

Experience the “Story of Barnegat Lighthouse” in the park’s Interpretive Center. Step back in time and walk the Maritime Forest Trail through one of New Jersey’s last remaining maritime forests. Enjoy birdwatching and fishing in the shadow of Old Barney!

Climb the Lighthouse: $3 cash on site

Bus departs Gille Park at 8am

Take a walk to the beach to see the old Victorian Houses or just spend the day shopping on Washington Street!

June 4: Cape May Zoo Bus Departs at 9:30am Fee: $10

Lions, Tigers and Bears Oh My! Enjoy a day walking around the Cape May Zoo and visiting all the animals they have on display! *Bring your own lunch to eat at the picnic tables or get lunch from the cafe*

Bus leaves at 8am from Gille Park. 

Enjoy a day shopping at Columbus Flea Market! Visit the vendors outside or head straight to the Amish Bakery

Creative Kids: Art

Kids create fun projects that challenge their imaginations, learn to critically solve problems, and explore their creativity.

Location: Lacey Recreation Classroom

Come and celebrate the derby with your own hat creations. Enjoy replica horses that you can wager on for prizes and enjoy the fun, food, Dance Band, and Comedian- Kentucky Style
