This is an instructional camp for rising 1-5th graders to learn the basic skills of field hockey

Registrations and Membership Fees for Recreation Programs/Camps and Municipal Pool are non-refundable 
(unless a program is cancelled by Recreation or the service provider), so please make sure your selections are correct before finalizing your registration.  Payments are via credit/debit card or eCheck with a transaction fee from the processor.

Campers, entering grades 3 - 8, will experience what the sport of track and field is all about by participating in a variety of individual and team events :  55m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 4x55m, 4x100m, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, shotput, and discus.  All times and distances will be recorded throughout the week and printed out at the end.  Individuals will be instructed on the technical aspects of the sport as well as be schooled on " the ins and outs" of the sport.  Campers will form bonds through competition, teamwork, respect and the love of the sport.  Campers need to wear comfortable shoes and running clothes and bring a water bottle, packed snack/lunch, sunscreen, drawstring bag or backpack to hold belongings.

Campers should bring a smock to use for the week. Classes are taught by K-12 NJ certified art teacher Wendi Cohen, and children’s book illustrator, artist and art teacher Kim Adlerman.

Adventure awaits you in these high intensity movies, where you’ll use a green screen, camera tricks, & special effects to create your own live-action movie.  You’ll collaborate to write, act & direct in this stunt packed movie where you’ll be taught action choreography to thrill the audience.  All Flix  emailed a month after camp ends.
