Team registration for the Metuchen Adult Softball League.  Specific information related to schedule and field locations should be directed to recreation@metuchen.com  League runs from mid-April to mid-August on weeknights.  League is coordinated by a volunteer representative of the Recreation Department.

The Metuchen Junior Field Hockey program has expanded to include a travel program for rising 5th graders - 8th graders.  This is an instructional field hockey league, with a low level of competition and strong focus on skill development.  We will participate in the Mid Jersey Field Hockey League.  Tentative league participants include:  Berkeley Heights, Branchburg, Chatham, Fanwood, Glen Ridge, Hillsborough, Hunterdon, Long Hill, Madison, Millburn, Morristown, Scotch Plains, Union Township, Verona, West Caldwell.  The season runs from early-September to late-October with practices on Tuesday's evenings from 7:15pm to 9:00pm.  Games are held on Sunday afternoons with home games in Metuchen and away games held in the corresponding towns.  Transportation to and from games and practices is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.  Uniforms will be ordered and purchased separately by the parents.  Order your uniform (tops & bottoms) and fan gear by July 25th.
