Town of Pendleton Splash Pad
Location: Pendleton Town Park
Season: Open generally from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (Season may be extended, weather permitting)
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
Tip: Bring a blanket or chair to sit on and enjoy the sunshine while the kids play!

Splash Pad Rules
- All children under age 13 must be directly accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
- No food or drinks allowed within the fenced splash pad area.
- No pets.
- No running, pushing, rough play, or any other dangerous behavior.
- No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or roller blades.
- No pool toys, floats, or chairs.
- No soap or other substances.
- No climbing, hanging, swinging, or sitting on spray features or fencing.
- No drugs, alcohol, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or chewing tobacco.
- No weapons, fighting, profanity, or abusive language.
- If thunder or lightning occurs, evacuate immediately and wait 30 minutes after the last occurrence before returning.
- No private parties or reservations allowed at the splash pad.
- No sales, solicitations, signs, or displays.
- Vandalism or illegal activity will be prosecuted.
- The Town of Pendleton is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
