Improve your balance no matter what level you are from beginner to intermediate while increasing your over-all muscle strength and coordination. Instructions are given on multi-levels of capability so as to challenge all participants using various props. Be challenged and have fun!

Bridge is a trick-taking card game played in teams.  The goal is to score points by bidding and winning tricks, with the team that fulfills their contract and/or wins more tricks earning points.  Stop in and see if you're interested in joining us!  Mahjong will also be played at this time if you are interested.

Chair yoga is designed to help increase overall flexibility, strength, and will aim to help improve balance.  Class will incorporate a variety of different positions that will allow each student to work at their own pace.  You'll find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet your desired outcome. This class will incorporate alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. 

Chair Yoga is taught by Kim Tulloch and Cara Nelson.

This class will meet weekly on Mondays and Fridays for one hour of exercise.

Craft Club is the best way to spark your creativity.  The activities are easy, thought-provoking, and educational.  Upon completion of an activity, participants are encouraged to share their artwork with their friends and family.  Come see us in the Craft Club, work on fun projects, meet new friends and most of all, have fun!

Aberdeen Township Recreation presents our 5th Annual Daddy Daughter Dance with a LUAU theme on Thursday, August 14th from 6:00-8:30pm at the Fiorendo Sigismondi Community Center in Cliffwood Beach.  Girls are invited to bring their dad or any adult male guest to dress up and dance the night away with them.  The dance will include a DJ, photobooth, light fare and more!

Minimum to run program is 20 pairs.
