Got Game?!  We do!  Rebound from your work day at our returning Adult Basketball program.  This open-gym program is for men and women age 18 and older.  Whether you are an experienced player or someone just looking for a fun workout, this program is for you.  Knowledge of rules and basic basketball skills are needed.  Pre-registration is required for this open-gym program. The school may also require additional cancellations.

Experience the benefits of yoga! This program is perfect for beginning yoga students as well as students of all levels looking to refresh their practice. This class will teach the fundamentals for yoga. Students will learn breathing techniques, how to connect breath to movement, alignment, building strength and balance.

Basic mobility to get up and down from the floor is all that's needed. Students must bring their own yoga mats.

Join Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Beekeeper Chris Kelly, of Mattituck-based Promised Land Apiaries, for these hands-on workshops about beekeeping. Learn about sustainable beekeeping, with Chris guiding you through the process, sharing practical tips and insights along the way. This is a great chance to learn from one of the North Fork's most experienced beekeepers! Please note that a separate registration is required for each session. You are welcome to sign-up for both, if desired.

More fun than you can possibly stand - while seated! Come enjoy this fun-filled game played with a beach ball. Chair volleyball is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand-to-eye coordination, and endurance. The game is played with a beach ball and a five foot high net.  Rules are similar to regular volleyball except "cheeks on the chair!"
