Got Game?!  We do!  Rebound from your work day at our returning Adult Basketball program.  This open-gym program is for men and women age 18 and older.  Whether you are an experienced player or someone just looking for a fun workout, this program is for you.  Knowledge of rules and basic basketball skills are needed.  Pre-registration is required for this open-gym program. The school may also require additional cancellations.

Do you know the "Charleston?" Well, then you are in good company.  For almost 100 years, spirited players have been picking and throwing Mah Jongg tiles from Coast to Coast and now we have it back here at the Town of Southold Recreation Department.  Bring your knowledge, skills and Mah Jongg card, and come join the fun!

Experience the benefits of yoga! This program is perfect for beginning yoga students as well as students of all levels looking to refresh their practice. This class will teach the fundamentals for yoga. Students will learn breathing techniques, how to connect breath to movement, alignment, building strength and balance.

Basic mobility to get up and down from the floor is all that's needed. Students must bring their own yoga mats.

Did you know the average person walks about 3/4 min when playing 2 hours of billiards?  Whether it is to improve your health or just to have a good ol' time, come down to the Recreation Center on Fridays.  Bring a friend or make a few new ones.

The New York Safe Boating Course teaches basic boating skills and encourages common sense and courtesy to all who share the water. Starting January 1, 2025, a safety certificate is required of all operators, regardless of age. This program is available for adults and children aged 10 and older

Study manual will be available for pick-up by registrants one week prior to class.

Successful completion of this 8-hour course is provided by the US Coast Guard Auxiliary will fulfill the certificate requirements.

This course incorporates different types of activity – chair, standing, low intensity aerobics, weight training with weights and resistance bands, and balance exercises.

Good for all fitness levels. Bring water and 1-3 lbs. weights.
