Get the best of both worlds with this fun and energizing outdoor class! We’ll meet at Cochran Park on Peconic Lane and walk both parks, incorporating light upper body exercises as we go. We’ll stop along the way, for simple, effective lower body movements like squats and lunges to build strength, balance, and endurance. This class is designed to be low-impact, supportive, and suitable for all fitness levels.
On days when the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move indoors for a low-impact cardio and strength session so you’ll never miss a workout.
