Shape up to a stronger, healthier, leaner body with TABATA!

Tabata is 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated for 8 sets.

Each Tabata set is just 4 minutes long, but with bursts of low intensity exercises.

This workout program combines hand held weights, resistance bands and effective aerobic moves to tone and strengthen all muscle groups while increasing flexibility, coordination and strength. Tabata workouts are safe and effective.

Please bring hand held weights(2-5lbs.), light-medium resistance band to class and water.

All ages and exercise levels are welcome to join.

In this class, you will learn about integrating mind, body, energy, and spirit, and develop internal and external strength, overall stability and balance. Participants are asked to wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water.

Come as you are & embrace this chance to nurture yourself. All ability levels are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat. Yoga blocks are also recommended, but the instructor will discuss their use further in the first class, before making recommendations for purchase.

Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. It still the same fun fitness class with high energy, low impact aerobic exercises, with fun music and dancing. This is perfect for beginners, seniors and anyone who wants to get more movement into their lives. The simple choreography is easy to follow so you can relax and enjoy your exercise routine! The program includes 50 minutes of cardio with warm-up and cool down stretching periods at the beginning and end of the class.
