Welcome students of all levels! Teaching Mi Zong Qigong has been one of my greatest joys for over 10 years. With over 500+ hours of training, these gentle classes combine flowing movement, breathwork, posture, and meditation to help improve balance, flexibility, breathing, and overall vitality while calming the nervous system and supporting healthy joints. I love creating a peaceful and encouraging space where students can reconnect with energy, relaxation, and the natural rhythm of the breath. Mi Zong Qigong is often described as “meditation in motion” — a gentle practice that can help support joint mobility, improve balance, and leave students feeling more refreshed, relaxed, and energized.
