Mary Beth Dziubinski if the owner of Active Aging Solutions, a former National Trainer with the SilverSneakers™ Fitness program and a NASM Senior Fitness Specialist with over 30 plus years in group exercise and water fitness programming. As a consultant for Element3Health™, she is focused on engagement, program development, mentoring and fitness-based training solutions. She is a global water fitness educator, Registered Yoga Teacher and hold certifications with NASM, ACE AFAA and AEA and received AEA’s Global Aquatic Fitness instructor of the year award.

Mary Beth Errington

Mary Beth moved to Oak Island in 2021. She and her husband and their two daughters lived many years on a small hobby farm in Pleasant Garden, NC where they cared for a variety of goats, sheep, horses, ducks, dogs and cats. She has been working in the fitness industry for more than 25 years as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Mary Beth loves pickleball, collecting shells and shark teeth, and traveling with her husband.

Rent Middleton Park Amphitheater

Rental approval can take up to 7 days. Please make sure to plan for that. 

Rental Cost: Residents $25 per hour, Non-Residents $50 per hour

Each rental has a $50 Refundable Deposit.

If you are a 501 c3 and upload your 501c3 paper during the reservation process you will receive 50% off the rental cost per hour. (this does not include the rental deposit)
